Description: Invited competition to design a building on a brownfield site in Tunbridge Wells. The design was for 4no. 3 storey live/work units with the residential accommodation on the upper levels and a work/retail unit at the ground floor level. The design was of a contemporary appearance with traditional gable ended pitch slate roofs to match the local vernacular style.

Description: Existing hair, beauty and health salon converted from a chapel on two floors. The brief was to convert the existing roof space to provide four additional treatment rooms with ensuite shower facilities including a waiting area and kitchenette. Two new staircases were introduced to link the new floor to the existing first floor level. The interior was fitted out in a contemporary style including the use of hardwood flooring, limestone, mosaic ceramic tiles and metalwork.
