A contemporary glazed single-storey extension was designed to form a garden room to the house a Grade 2 Listed Building.

Planning permission was granted on the basis that the extension was of modern design and the design was fully supported by the Conservation Officer. The palette of materials used (oak, brick and glass) complement the different architectural periods of the existing house.
